UNPROFESSIONAL AND LIES

- first off we bought a car and upon bringing it home we realized the sun visor was cracked. We called the sales rep who sold us the car and he told us he would order a new part in and we would get a call back. After a week I called for an update and that sales rep left the company… (strange). The sales rep gave me their managers number and he told me he would ship the part in. I agreed since it didn’t seem like a big job and I just wanted a new visor. Now 3 months have passed and we still do not have the visor, the manager has also LEFT the company and the owner lives in China… do not make the same mistake I did. No matter how good the deal is they will screw you over.
