I'm not sure how many staff members they have but there have been a few that are questionable. They start out like they want to help but then don't follow through on what they say they are going to do. They are too afraid of judges to defend the innocent.

Seeking help from this agency is pointless. It is sad because they seemed like such a great agency that stands up for good citizens.
