Alles perfekt. Bei uns wurde ein Wanddurchbruch eingebaut sowie das Badezimmer gefliest und beide Arbeiten sind wirklich toll geworden. Würde jedem dieses Unternehmen empfehlen! 🙂

Das Erstgespräch nach 3 Wochen Wartezeit mit Herrn P. zeigte sich optimistisch. Die versprochene Dachbodengröße gab es im schlechten ersten Entwurf nach nun weiteren 3 Wochen Wartezeit nicht. Wünsche, die nicht mal eben kurz durchdacht gehen, werden einfach nicht umgesetzt und gestrichen!
Auch Alternativen wurden nicht aufgezeigt, was möglich wäre. Grob wurden tatsächlich die Größen übernommen, aber der Rest sah in der Zeichnung nicht ansatzweise nach unserem Haus aus, schade.
Nach einiger Zeit kam dann die Aussage, dass man im OG wegen des 1,5 Geschoss ja Schrägen hätte... das war für uns kein Problem. Generell haben wir versucht soooooo vieles einzureichen, weil Frau C es leider nicht hinbekommen hat.
Nach weiteren Wochen wollte Holsten gerne Geld für eine 2. Zeichnung sehen, obwohl die erste Zeichnung nur sehr grob unserem Haus entsprach.
Leider ist es uns nicht weiter wert auf weitere verschenkte Zeit auf eine Zeichnung zu hoffen, die mehr unserem Haus entsprechen könnte. Wir bekamen nicht den Eindruck, dass Firma Holsten mit uns bauen möchte.

Ich kann nur davon abraten mit Holsten zu bauen, solange man keine gute Zeichnung mitbringt.

Vom Anruf bis zu einem Erstgespräch bis zum jetztigen Stand, wo nichts steht! Also keine erste Zeichnung wo wir weiter gucken könnten, sind 9 Wochen vergangen.
Auch wenn wir keinen Baudruck haben, haben wir uns mehr versprochen.
