We worked a few projects where she made many mistakes like showing 9 meters on a 6 unit building. the city inspector failed us and asked us to correct and because we were in a time crunch, she made us pay for it after it took weeks to have a conversation with her because she makes her front desk play the relay game. She makes mistakes but expects clients to pay. We still had remaining projects with her in which she keeps adding fake charges and fees and when we try to have a conversation she hides behind threatning emails. I admit we were late on a couple of installments on projects but she added late fees and we paid them. When she's late or abandons projects she disappears and blames the client or the city. I would hope people are aware of this info before hiring her.
We started multiple projects at the same time so that's kind of how it felt like a trap because she would just make our projects stall with revenge.
