There was remodeling being done during our stay. The first room that we were in was so noisy, we asked to be moved. We then got a room on the 5th floor, which I found to be quieter. There wasn't an ice machine on this floor? It had no luggage rack, and the view was the top of the roof. |Indoor pool and hot tub was okay, but could have been cleaner. The outside sitting area by the pool was most welcoming!|I was greeted promptly and thanked for being a Hilton Honors member,|The breakfast was better than most, with a large seating area with plenty of hot coffee.|The hotel is connected to the Kansas Star Casino. It was good not to have to go out to find a place to eat and drink!

Rooms were clean, staff was courteous and helpful, they have a pool and workout room, smoking and non-smoking rooms, free hot breakfast. A little shop to buy snacks for the road. And the hotel is conveniently located inside the casino. The card feature in the elevator adds extra security.

We’ve been coming here since the time it opened. It was such a gorgeous and clean facility in its early days. Stayed here last night and was saddened to see the degradation. It has definitely lost its luster. Doesn’t seem modern or kept up that well. Needs a remodel. Rooms were spacious and clean but looked old and not modernized and gave the feeling of being run down. No USB ports. Scratchy (but pretty) top bed covering that irritated me some while I slept. Shower was clean but seemed old beyond its years. A/C never got below 70 all night even though I set it much lower. Plenty of pillows and towels. Front desk person was super friendly.

Everything was great on the hotel side. Wish the pool was open longer. Other than that it was clean, friendly service, great breakfast, pet friendly, kid friendly, quiet, and enjoyable. We had our pups, and 3 kids with us. Stayed in the king suite with the pull out sofa bed and it was perfect size and space.

Was not warned about renovation going on. Woke up at 8:00 am (could have been earlier) to hammering coming from the room above. This was Sunday morning BTW. Said something to front desk staff when we went down for breakfast. They acted surprised and then finally admitted that there was renovation going on. All we got was an unapologetic "sorry". For the price of the rooms Hampton Inn, you can do better.

Rooms were clean need the rooms updated bring your charger or ask at the front desk for one super nice employees bring water we didn’t see any in the frig breakfast wasn’t good needs to change beds needed updated . Hard beds . We left tip for the housekeeper

Lovely place fun time! Hotel is very nice. They take very good care of you. I was able to receive late. Check out dinner in the casino at the Woodfire Grill was wonderful. Food was wonderful. The service was wonderful. The casino is fun! I actually won some money on the slots. I will come back.
