David is an amazing coach. I saw immense development in my professional and personal life during my time with him. I saw quarterly reviews improve each time with his guidance and reached heights that I previously never touched. He is supportive, empathetic, understanding and insightful which is a great combination for people who want to be their best selves. I can best describe David’s coaching as real, raw, and uncut. From the onset I desired someone that did not pacify me and would challenge me to pull out the best in me. Our first coaching session, I left with a page full of notes and assignments that were easily doable. David helped me to realize that I don’t have to change who I am, just refine certain aspects of how I show up in the world. He also made me realize that it’s okay to not be “strong” all the time. He challenged me with hard questions that made me think and go search within for the answers. You definitely want someone like him in your life!

David is phenomenal and relatable. He knows how to adjust and adapt to his audience, he is realistic in his advice and very genuine. He was able to work with several different personalities in a group setting and remain objective as well as breaking down barriers that cause conflicts. David held each group member to the same standard. He put us in a position to discuss harsh realities and begin to rebuild trust among each other.
