This is hands down the best Jeep dealership in the desert! I’ve been to the location in Cathedral City for service, but this team here is on another level—attentive, friendly, and always professional. I just purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit, and I couldn’t be happier! Huge thanks to Rabih in sales, Sales Manager Armin, and Alex in financing. These three are the dream team.

Originally, I planned to turn in my lease and go with another brand... What was I thinking!? LOL , because once a Jeep person, always a Jeep person! I traded in my Wrangler for this Grand Cherokee, which has more bells and whistles than a Range Rover. What I loved most was how genuine the team was—they’re not just selling; they’re truly passionate about helping you find the perfect fit.

I FEEL SO RIPPED OFF!!! I had a check engine light on my 2014 Dodge charger. It ran fine, no other problems but the engine light was on. First time I took it in I spent $4000 for the problem to return after less than a month. The second time I took it in I spent $7000 problem is still there. I don’t understand why they take my money but can’t fix the problem. I just want to get my car fixed so I don’t have a check engine light so I can get my registration. Who else do I take it to if the dealership can’t do it? I don’t know what to do now. I don’t want to drop another penny here if they can’t fix my car.

Called I-10 Dodge to get some recalls taken care. The lady said she had to order parts and scheduled me a week out.
Show up for my appointment and no parts were ordered. I live an hour away and drive a Ram 3500 diesel dually.
So I get scheduled another week out. The gentlemen said he would order the parts and have a loaner vehicle for me since I live an hour away.
Well I show up today and they have the parts but no loaner vehicle as promised. The recalls will take over a day. So now I have to look for a ride because of their incompetence and lies of having a loaner ready for me.

Update
The parts manager talked to me after posting a review. They have corrected the loaner vehicle situation. I appreciate them getting this rectified.

My visit was great. My new RV, Dodge Ram 3500 - Dazzle (by Thor) needed its initial oil change and tire rotation.
Everything they said would happen - did happen!
Pleasant and helpful from moment I arrived ...
Timely service and everything done on time ...
My visit started awkwardly with an unexpected delay. But, with no excuses, they apologized and made it right. Tony, the service advisor, and Val, the service manager, were on top of the situation and made sure everything was taken care of.

It's one thing to make claims, BUT it is another to step up and take responsibility and make sure things get done correctly. IMHO it takes commitment and character to doing things right. I-10 Dodge sets the bar at the top - you can count on them. What better statement could I make!

Tony Warner is the BEST!!!! My original service Advisor retired (he was also great) then I got stuck with two other service Advisors that were terrible. TONY goes above and beyond and is a great communicator. I recently had my car in for a repair, I asked Tony if they had a ride service so that I could pick up my car within 10 minutes i had an Uber at my door taking me to the dealer at no charge to me. Tony said he would get my car washed so that it would be clean for the weekend, unfortunately the car wash wasn't working so he hosed it down and drove it around the block so it would dry. AMAZING! I highly recommend Tony - he's AWESOME!!!

I had an absolutely horrendous experience at this dealership when getting my car repaired. Not only did they fail to fix the issue, but they also held onto my car for 3 weeks and only performed an oil change. Shockingly, they didn't even bother to file a claim for my warranty. I had to fork out money from my own pocket for a rental vehicle while my car sat idle at the dealership. I strongly advise against this place, especially if Ana Sepulveda is your advisor, as she seems completely ineffectual. Upon picking up the car, there were no notes, and Ana didn’t even bother to call me once. I had to hound them with weekly calls, only to hear the same excuses. This place is an utter waste of time. I attempted to escalate the issue with the manager, but they didn't even have the decency to call me back. In my view, this dealership deserves a zero-star review. It’s crystal clear from the reviews that their customer service has remained abysmal for months.
