Wish we had a good Ihop back home. I wont go into how gross it is. This one on the other hand was clean and packed full of people. My food was alright, came out sloppy, it was just four pancakes with icing and whipped cream how hard could that have been to stack. It was good but diagonal. Everyone elses food turned out great. Our waiter was a Yumminet which thought was a unique name especially for a restraunt server. She was nice but didnt stay on it, we had to ask for refills. Anyways i do recommend and will return. Hopefully my Ihop will be good and cleaned.

It had been a while since my family and I had been to IHOP, partially due to Covid a few years ago. This particular visit was a birthday lunch for my boy girl twins. The food was very good. We enjoyed it very much. The only thing that concerned me a little bit was my waitress. For the most part, she waited the table pretty good but I felt like she was not as attentive as she was with the table next to us. I did not file or make a complaint, because nothing bad had happened. This will not stop us from revisiting to enjoy a good meal. I still tipped anyway because you never know why a person may or may not be doing as well as they could possibly could.

My wife ordered sausage and bacon for breakfast and got a hot dog. A literal hot dog. This place used to be amazing maybe 5 years ago but has truly gone down hill. Didn’t say anything because it took forever to get said hot dog. I’ve made hot dogs many times and it never takes that long so maybe they were back there doing rocket science. Not sure on the latter but they were doing something other than cooking. Definitely will not be coming back.

Worst visit ever - a 15 minute wait for a table turned into 45, but that is not the fault of the restaurant. We finally got water after asking 5 times. First order of hash browns would have chipped a tooth if I tried to eat them - yes I got a fresh order, but why put burnt ones on the plate in the first place. The eggs Benedict was a joke. It had about 2 drops of hollandaise sauce and the eggs were about 5 seconds shy of hard boiled. By this point I was just done. We were never asked if we wanted drink refills. And then it took the waitress about 10 minutes to pick up our payment. I’m sure I’ll go back, but not anytime soon.

I had the pleasure of sitting in Marco M section. He was very efficient and quick in taking my family's order. He made sure we had everything we needed, and kept a smile on. Next time your in IHOP Goldsboro, ask for Marco.

The food has really gone down hill. Went on my daughtera graduation in May and it was terrible. Decided to go again yesterday with hopes it was just a bad day, the food was worse. My husbands hash rounds were over cooked to a point he got it eat them, mine and my daughters scrambled eggs were cooked to death. We asked for more and they were not any better. Server told manage we were not happy to which the manager never came out. Took my eggs off the bill initially and that was it. Asked about the hash browns and other items and the manager only gave us 10 percent off. Still never came to our table. My daughters pancaked were cold bc they kept take her plate back to fix eggs. Nothing was suitable for eating TBH. So sad the downfall.of so many local places.

Veterans Day meal my husband had. Took away a star because this place makes so much money they should be able to let veterans have a free breakfast off of the normal menu, not a “special menu”. We had a great server!
