ProjX360 is a must have if you're an integrator or in the A/V industry. We've been using it for 2+ years and it has helped us refine our processes, reduce redundancies, provided total oversight of our operation and created a level of organization we had not previously known. Profitability has increased and the average workload per employee has increased. The scheduling and work order system ensures nothing is ever forgotten, which has created a more positive customer experience for our clients. Their support team is also great to work with, so hats off to them as well as Ryan Thomson for his guidance over the years.

My job is project manger, I am in my third year in this position, 13th year at Integrated and 40th year in the industry. I have 35+ years as a field tech. This platform has been life changing for our company and we have only started to realize the full potential. The amount of redundancy, time-wasting procedures and moves we have eliminated are too many to list here, but the info flow and access has dramatically changed our day to day ops for the better and for all stakeholders, clients, builders, etc. We had a few grumbles and groans at implementation, we all resist change, but everyone is bought in now. The support from Doug, Ryan and all the staff has been amazing and fast with useful answers and solutions.Our only regret is not finding ProjX360 earlier.
