These guys are a rip off. Checked in with a previous booking of $82.50 which included tax and fees. Was charge $94.88 instead. They had $100 deposit which is fine however I was charged $115. When confronted about the inconsistences I was assured the deposit would drop off and I signed the receipt for $82.50 and yet was charged a different amount. The clerk must not had thought I was going to question the charges right within a few minutes of checking in. Shady! Watch when you charge your card at this place. The room itself was nice and clean. The location was perfect for where I needed to be. I won't be returning to this place. Will have to prepay for the Hotel across the street.

Honestly I'm probably being too nice, with the overall stars. The best thing I can say about the location is I have family close by.
1st night staying I go to make tea from home, the coffee pot had a old used coffee pod in it. I went downstairs to get a new 1 and ask for a extra blanket. The older lady with a Bob ruddddde looked me in the eyes with a straight face an told me they don't use new ones they clean them out... (bull they are disposable) she also said there was 0 extra blankets an I would have to wait for housekeeping. I repeated everything she said to me an after hearing it a 3rd time she fumbled around ooooo here goes 1(new tray for coffee machine) and I'll look but the blanket won't be the same. I waited an she returned with a blanket. The door was locked an I had been talking to her through the window up until then. WAIT after the pool I realize I was giving 1 roll of tissue an 1 set of towels for a 2 queen room. Id LIKE to mention the younger guy not the bald 1....when I asked for pool towels he was kind enough to bring me 2.... two days in a row... Thanks NOW. I go to the pool and call to front desk to bring towels... the older lady with the Bob says I need to come in to get towel. No problem I get out the pool walk in office wait in line for her to tell me they do NOT have pool towels.... JESUSSSSSS THEy HAVE a towel box at the pool but NO POOL TOWELS. Beds were fine. TV was okay. water doesn't get hot quick. No roaches lol or bed bugs is a plus. NO LATE CHECK OUT HERE. OMG I FORGOT About the bottles of alcohol I keep finding by my car. Smh it's been new bottles in the parking lot NEXT TO MY CAR SINCE I been here. I haven't seen any weird activity.... oooo the casino is across the street and food is amazing and so is their customer service

Disappointing Stay at quality inn.
This review is for my recent stay at quality inn. While the location was convenient and the staff I interacted with were friendly, the overall experience fell short of expectations due to cleanliness issues.
Upon entering the room, there was a noticeable stale odor that lingered throughout my stay. More concerning, however, was the condition of the bedding. The sheets appeared stained and had an unpleasant smell, suggesting they were not freshly laundered.
A clean and comfortable sleeping environment is essential for any hotel stay, and unfortunately, quality inn fell short in this crucial aspect. Given the price point, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness.
I would advise potential guests to carefully consider these factors before booking with quality inn.

We went there on the 12 after our home burned down hoping for a peaceful sleep but instead we got bedbugs! I asked for a refund and I was denied.

I will be reporting them all across the board.
I have called corporate, will call tomorrow for Department of Consumer Affairs. I have yet to hear back from the supervisor, constant excuses of her not in, that she will be in later today etc. Called yesterday for corporates number and your front desk was saying it was his first day and he doesn’t know corporates number. I believe you should be providing your new hires with more adequate training in situations like this.. The conditions are horrific. My worst nightmare occurred during a difficult time/ loss in the family.
Checked in and left the same day!

Room 214 had horrible bed staining I get it if it’s been cleaned but this stuff was still all crusty hard!!

Room 216 had beg bugs in the blankets (4-5 bed bugs) were found. While gathering our stuff to leave cockroaches come out from under the microwave.

I am still waiting for a call from Mina ( or whatever her name is) the manger regarding our refunds! If she refuses refund I will be reporting fraud with my bank!

Manager if you’re reading this do a freaking better job!

Could not sleep as bed not comfortable. The room also had roaches, killed 2, and another ran across my arm and woke me up.

I stayed here with my two small children while visiting family,after developing the flu and suffering a fever I needed some rest within 20 min of being in the room Someone kept knocking on The door, and touching the door knob I looked outside the door to see several people walking back and fourth. during the day the area seemed ok or safe but when night came it was pretty sketchy area. I ended up leaving that same night because I was scared for mine and my childrens life. The manager was horrible when I explained to her she called me a liar and cursed at me very unprofessional.Also the place was pretty dingy and dirty carpet was sticky, walls had marks on them, beds had hair and stains on sheets needless to say i didn’t get refunded for the stay. They got my money. They hold a 100 deposit for 2 days after you check out before they release it on there end. I do not recommend anyone stay here.
