Bunch of con artists. I paid for a night that was for 3pm to 11am. I was on a road trip, expecting to get there late, around 730am for a quick nap till 11am before I get back on the road. I get there and the lady at the front desk says they marked me as a no show and I couldn’t get into my room. They proceed to tell me about their “policy” that was never made clear or mentioned in the first place. All I was told was I had a room from 3pm-11am. I made the reservation around 9pm at night and no one told me about this made up policy. No one called me either. To top it off, i wasn’t given a refund and the lady at the desk kept trying to talk down to me as if I was an idiot. Funny part is, as I’m writing this, my room is still paid for for another 2 hours and yet I have no access to it. I will not ever be going to a Sleep Inn again as I feel I have just been robbed. Go to any other hotel in that plaza of hotels as the Even Hotel across the street understood how terrible that was and so they gave me a huge discount. That is called HOSPITALITY. But yeah, avoid the Sleep Inn at all costs. They have no problem screwing you over and being jerks about it too. Absolutely disgusting encounter.

I recently stayed at Sleep Inn and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. The staff were amazing, offering over-the-top service that made my stay truly memorable. The breakfast was always hot and ready, a perfect start to the day. My room was clean and spacious, with a spotless bathroom, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant. Sleep Inn has definitely become my go-to place to stay when I'm in the area.

Positive: I asked the receptionist because she changed my room and they would not change my room. Negative: This hotel I?m giving a half star. Because I have to give them a half star so it will post. They are remodeling this hotel and gave me a room that has been remodeled. The water is not coming out of the faucet and the toilet is running.

Positive: It was quiet, clean and well maintained. Took 6 minutes to get to the Ampitheater and the mall. Nice area. Negative: Only complaint is the $10 charge to check in 1/2 hour early (I can understand 2 hours early but not 30 minutes or less).

We recently stayed here. Our initial room had a noise neighbor. The hotel accommodated us by switching rooms which we really appreciated. We had a nice quire room and slept well after that. Thanks!

Extremely high incidental for such a bad hotel. ? The ice machine looked like it had black mold growing on it. The "breakfast" was pitiful and all the employees were new and did not know how to do their jobs! When we booked our hotel we RESERVED a late check out. They called us the next morning and said we had to get out as soon as possible because the person who we called and told who told us we could have a late check out was new and didn't have that authority and that they were booked and we had to leave ASAP. I have never felt so rushed our of a hotel in my life! AND WE PAID FOR THIS. Management was also extremely RUDE and UN-accomodating with all of this mess. Save the hassle and stay SOMEWHERE ELSE.

This is a very good hotel. Room is spacious and comfortable. Personnel is kind and helpful. Everything and everywhere is very clean (with the exception that we found a used towel in the shower). Breakfast is pretty good. I paid with 16,000 points, which I consider a very high number (I usually pay less than that at the Marriot chain). Location is good (about 30 minutes from Chicago).
