I’ve lived at Gateway for over three months now and am super happy with it. I live with two roommates in the smaller 3 bed option and it is an awesome apartment- built super well, great appliances, and love the balconies. Pool is so nice, leasing office staff are all really helpful, and the location is perfect. Couldn’t recommend more!

Pros: The location and the office/maintenance staff are great. The apartments have very nice finishes and the community is quiet and safe. Overall it's a good place to live.

Cons: Given the size of the complex and the prices they charge- there should be emergency maintenance onsite.

I had an issue where I was out of town and the water heater in my unit began leaking in the middle of the night. Maintenance was not onsite, so Atlanta Fire Department broke down my door to get in. The drywall near my door remained damaged for the rest of my lease.

There was also an instance where the parking garage exit gate wouldn't open, and it was a 30+ minute wait for someone to fix it. I don't blame the maintenance staff for any of this, but not having someone onsite is a poor choice by management in my opinion.

I have been living at Gateway for over 2 years. The staff is amazing. The are always responsive if I have an issue. They actual have quarterly maintenance that is performed in my apartment. The place I lived before said they had quarterly maintenance , but they didn't. Security has always been my biggest concern. I love the fact, I feel totally safe living here. I can go to my car, get my mail, grill out or go to the gym and I know I am totally safe. No random people in the hallway or garage. Package delivery is so much easier than other places. I really love it here. I recommend Gateway at Chastain to anyone I hear that is looking for a nice, affordable apartment in town.

I recently moved into Gateway Chastain and I couldn’t be happier! Prior to signing my lease I worked with David Johnson while touring the complex and inquiring about moving in. David was super helpful and informative during the tour and assisted me every step of the way during move-in. The whole team here at Gateway Chastain is always ready willing to assist their residents , and they do so with a smile on their faces! So far, my experience living at Gateway Chastain has been nothing short of amazing! The amenities and common spaces are well kept and clean. I would highly recommend moving into this complex if you’re looking for a place in the North Buckhead/ Sandy Springs area.

The staff at Gateway Chastain in Sandy Springs GA. exceeded our expectations of customer service. David Johnson was very informative and took time to answer all of our questions before we sign the contract for our granddaughter move here. David never hesitate to follow up with us to make sure we had all our documents and requirements before move in. When we arrived to get our keys David made us feel like a member of the family. I really appreciate the southern hospitality. Most of all at The Gateway Chastain, David let us know if ever a need or question, never hesitate to give him a call or come to the office. This place is amazing and well managed.

The staff, especially David Johnson and Tiara Williams, have been incredibly helpful, always addressing my questions and requests promptly. The maintenance team is efficient and responsive, ensuring any issues are fixed promptly. The pool area is peaceful with minimal noise, and the trash collection is consistently on time. Overall, the community is quiet, problem-free, and a pleasure to live in.

I wanted to wait 6 months to write a review so I can do it not just by what I saw on my walk through the first time I visited the property, but everything else. First of all let me start with David. We had been looking for an apartment to live for 3 months with no luck and on the day we came we had visited 4 different places by then. We were sad and tired and then we saw "The Gateway Chastain" We decide to stop there and oh my God!! David's customer service was over the top, he was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly (something we did not experience before). We walked the property and immediately we felt in love. This was the right place for us. During the moving process as I was expecting David was very helpful but we had to deal with someone else a few times and that someone was Tiara (the assistant manager). Also very friendly, very kind and very patient (both still exactly the same) I had few little things to get fixed in the apartment and the maintenance manager Bobby and the other guy (I can't remember his name right now) have been very good at coming fast, being respectful and friendly with us. Also we have an events planner that is also very helpful. Her name is Grace and she is always doing something to make sure we all get connected. Our lease is up soon and I have to say that so far we are very happy were we are living not just for the office, management and maintenance people but for the property, property location, the neighbors and the neighborhood. Yes sometimes you can hear your neighbors but that is something you need to keep in your mind when you are living in an apartment where you are sharing spaces with other people. We haven't experienced bad noises and we hope it will stay like that. I will update my review with time if anything changes by nothing has changed since we moved so don't hesitate this is the right place!
