We came home and found our water heater leaking a lot. We had read many great reviews about True Value and gave them a call. They responded quickly and had someone out here right away. They gave a quote and were back the next day to fix it. Samuel was very helpful, he answered any questions we had and explained what went wrong with the water heater. Absolutely the best plumbing company around! They were friendly when setting the appointment, efficient and came to our home when needed. Highly recommend when you need plumbing service. My home had a slow sewer drain problem and after we ran out of ideas, we called on a Sunday afternoon and they are able to send someone within 45min!
Sam was able to efficiently locate the problems and fix it. He then clearly explained to us about the situation using camera footage. Good job!
