I stopped by 3 times and was told each time the part was not in stock. I never received a return phone call either that I was promised. I went to your competitor 2 blocks down the and had my phone fixed the same day. If I see a charge to my credit card from your company I will contact the consumer fraud office.

I was skeptical at first, but I decided to take a chance and see if they could repair the inner screen for my Z Flip 4. Not only did they fix the screen but the rep said that I had a cool background (don't tell him that I changed it). There was a small crack on the back glass panel that I caused when I dropped it that I didn't tell them about, and the fact that it's still there after I got it back from the store tells me that they didn't just transfer over the working components into a new shell and they actually replaced the screen like I asked them to. The repair wasn't cheap on my part, because of the fact that I didn't get insurance with my phone, I paid around $450 out of pocket for the repair. Great customer service and they did a great job! I'm happy to be reunited with my phone that I'm still paying off an installment plan for.

Our Apple computer had some serious issues. James worked on it for several days, calling us often with updates and options. He definitely went out of his way to figure out a solution to get us up and running again and helped save our data and photos. We appreciated his diligence because it would have been easy (and understandable) to give up and just recommend we get a new one. In addition, we bought the Asurian coverage so the cost was minimal. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome under the circumstances. We are retired and not very tech savvy and he was very patient with us as we asked for clarifications. All of the staff members were very nice and attentive each time we went in. We highly recommend this team if you have any electronic issues.

If I could post 7 stars I would! Went in with some pretty severe screen damage on my Galaxy s24 ultra. Figured it would be at least a day, but my phone was repaired and better than I expected in under 2 hours. Everyone that helped me was very friendly. Well run location, absolutely will recommend to others.

Went in for replacement of a speaker. Diagnosed by apple geeks at Best Buy. Biggest surprise ever…it only needed cleaning up and very reasonable. Would recommend them highly.

Had a great experience taking my Macbook there for repair. Diagnostic process was quick and the problem readily identified. Computer had to be sent off for repair but was back in the expected timeline. Would use this business in the future should the need arise.

Don't ever use these people. They will jerk you around for months saying they can fix your problem but they can't. I waisted 8 hours driving back and forth 4 times to this stupid place and they never helped me. If you are thinking about going here pull out all your toenails and pour sulfuric acid on the open wounds because that would be more enjoyable then having them work on your device.
