They left a note at my door saying I was being evicted and had to move out in 30 days with NO EXPLANATION. I had to call the office in a panic and was told that I "never updated my UT badge information," and they had been emailing me for weeks about it. I checked my email and got ONE email from them regarding it over a year ago. Absolutely ridiculous and expensive for "student housing." No care for their tenants at all. There was also a time when EVERYONE'S packages were going missing and management did nothing to fix it. When I went to their office to ask about my package that was marked as "delivered to front office," the lady said "We don't accept packages here," and gave a sorry excuse and basically blamed the delivery service for losing my package, taking no accountability. They sometimes have maintenance come in to apartments to do routine checks but since there is no safety lock on the door, anyone with a key can come in as they please. Management and maintenance have come in to my apartment while I was SHOWERING multiple times. It's terrifying to know I was alone in there while a group of people walked through my apartment. Do better.

Great place to live. Work orders usually get filled within an hour or two. Washing machines are in a common laundromat. Mail is at an outside mailbox. Management has always been helpful to me. Initially had a roach problem, but after applying a roach-killing gel, I haven't had problems since.

The leasing office personnel at this location are the rudest, untrained and most unprofessional leasing agents/staff I have dealt with. I have never seen nor experienced this level of unprofessionalism and incompetence.

Great security in the guard shack. That's about it. The apartment stinks and it is roach infested. The pest control offered doesn't do much to eradicate the problem.
